1. Letter from the Head, Dept. of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering

2. Application for the award of degree (blue form), properly filled in and signed and verified by

            The candidate

            The supervisor

            The Head of the Department of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering

            Academic section of the Registrar's Office

            The Comptroller (Accounts section)

(The blue form may be accompanied by a white form for grade verification)

3. Letter from the Librarian that a copy of the thesis has been submitted to the repository

4. Approval of the thesis by the examiners, signed (original) by all members

5. Copy of the letter from CASR approving the thesis title (make sure the meeting no, resolution no, meeting date is on the letter)

6. Copy of the letter from CASR approving the examination board (make sure the meeting no, resolution no, meeting date is on the letter)

7. Copy of the letter from CASR approving extension of time (if any, make sure the meeting no, resolution no, meeting date is on the letter)

8. Copy of the letter from CASR approving changes in the thesis title (if any, make sure the meeting no, resolution no, meeting date is on the letter)

9. Copy of any other letter from CASR related to the degree/thesis (make sure the meeting no, resolution no, meeting date is on the letter)

10. Copies of grade sheets

* Submit all the documents to the NAME office/ the letter box of Dr. Md. Mashud Karim.

* If there is any discrepancy in your application, they will be posted on the website. So keep an eye here.
